Regional land use plan

23If a Commission prepares a regional land use plan, the regional land use plan shall be prepared in accordance with section 18.1 of the Community Planning Act.

23(1)A Commission shall prepare a regional plan for its region in accordance with sections 18 to 20 of the Community Planning Act.
23(2)A regional plan shall be adopted by a Commission within the time prescribed by regulation.
